Second, I think the Team photo is too small. Can put a larger one?
Point noted. Name Changed. As for team photo, that is the largest preview I can use, if that is what you are talking about. I haven't tried uploading the full sized one so that when you click on the preview, it will show the full one. I'm not sure if the site can accept the file (abt 2.2mb). I'll give it a try soon.
